Seriously doubt the machine even needs hepa filter with these bags in it, great thick well made bags, no chance they would leak or burst.Pricey but very worth it.

These are the original bags from Miele, not made to fit bags. Just a side note for anyone with pets - these bags will not last you a month each if you have pets that shed fur. The fur collects in the bag differently than normal dirt and you will have to change these a bit earlier. I suppose you could take the bag out and "adjust" the dirt/fur but then you'd just be playing in dirt and that kind of defeats the purpose of buying the Miele! If you try to extend the life of the bag, I have noticed that the bag will not self seal when you remove it from the vacuum. Be careful not to spill the contents when transferring the full bag to the trash. **These notes are for those who are picking up lots of fur, others may have no problems** That being said, I am still very happy with my Miele.
Oh, and if you'd like a nice smelling house just get a cotton ball soaked in essential oil or other fragrance oil and suck it up. It will smell great until you change the bag!

I have had my Miele Capricorn canister vacuum for 3+ years now and it still does a fantastic job. these bags are the only ones I buy and the best price, especially taking the free shipping into consideration.(amazon prime) They are small, but so is the canister of the vacuum. I have a fairly large house and vacuum once a week. i change the bag roughly once a month.

I ordered my replacement GN bags for my Miele vacuum. When it was time to change the bag. I went to the box to get out a new bag. Low and behold, wrong size bags, FJM bags NOT GN bags. So I went to my amazon account to see if I had incorrectly ordered the wrong bag. Nope, not my fault, it's the sellers. They sent me the wrong bags. Be Careful if you order from GO VACUUM. Now I have to order more bags and can't vacuum again until I receive them. I gave 5 stars assuming when I get the correct bag they will perform as expected. NO need to bash the bag when its a problem with the seller.

This is the only place where I can find bags for my Miele (which I also bought on Amazon). They are expensive, but the vacuum does a great job, and it needs bags, so what can I do?? I'm happy with the vacuum, the bags, and the delivery service. They are brand name, and they fit and work great. I wish the bags were cheaper.
