Received the wrong product Jul 15, 2009

Ordered this product from United Vacuums. What I wanted was the cylindrical filter shown in the picture. What I received instead was a soft yellow rectangular pre-motor filter. I have contacted the seller for an exchange but have not yet heard back. To be fair I only contacted them today, so that is not suprising.
However, when I look at a picture of something, I expect to receive a product that looks like the picture...
