The item was shipped immediately even before I could cancel it. I ordered several items - all concerned with the Eureka Vacuum Cleaner and discovered that instead of all 3 items being sent to one store they had been spread out over 3 stores which made shipping costs inhibitory so I canceled my orders and replaced to the company. It changed my shipping from about $16.00 to $5.73. I have resolved never to again buy from Amazon if I am ordering more than one item.
