Like the others below, I got a non-Dirt Devil filter in the mail. The filter feels more waxy than paper, and the filter cartridge did not fit on my vacuum (the hole is too big). I even got the [...] part number and verified it when purchasing; but it still is wrong. B&M Housewares shows a pic of 2 filters; but my mistake to not dig enough to find I only get one FOR TWICE THE COST OF OTHER PROVIDERS singe cartridge! Will not buy from them again. Run away from this group, they don't seem to get it right.

I was dismayed the items were not the true Dirt Devil F1 Hepa Filters; instead, they were an obvious knock-off that don't quite fit the canister. The true filters would have been in Dirt Devil packaging with a Dirt Devil logo on them like the real products. This was not the case with these filters. There wasn't a single word printed on the packaging or the filters. It's a shame the seller couldn't have owned up to this and instead, could only provide false advertisement.

Good value & quality even though they were not genuine Dirt Devil Filters. I got 2 for the price of 1 genuine DD Filter. The quality was okay so I think I made out pretty well.

The item looked simillar to the original one. However, it was not the original one and felt a little different. I smelled something burning with the first use for a few seconds but it worked fine then. Of course, I'll wait and see. The product had no stickers, like the original one, to tell what model # you should be looking for later nor had usage instructions or recommended period for replacement so I had to remove the sticker on the old one and keep it for future reference. The inner plastic package had some dust, hairs and a few pieces of grass on it!!!

The benefit for this promotion will not be reflected on the final order checkout page. The merchant will apply any benefit after your order has been processed... Promotional offer valid for a limited time only". This is very missleading as you read this on Amazon. com and the item is sold by GoVacuum but fulfilled by Amazon.com. You place your order and keep waiting for the shipping fee refund and you never get it. To get it, I contacted GoVacuum twice and then Amazon.com and nearly a month after Placing my order, I was promised of getting my shipping fee back from Amazon who fulfilled the transaction and who is still posting that same MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT!!! Even that offer limitted time advertised is never stated.
Again I'll have to wait and see if the product works fine for how long. If the original item is not much more expensive, I'd recommend it. Otherwise, you may want to try this for once.

I was very impressed in the short amount of time that it took to receive the filters. It totally impressed my 85 yrs old father!!
